Born in Germany and raised in Lake Charles, LA, his life, and career has taken him to some of the most exotic and amazing places in the world. He is also a US Army veteran who saw combat during the First Gulf War in Iraq.

Byron’s journey evolved into that of a best-selling author, celebrated playwright, and film producer. Recognized for his contributions, he was honored with the Key to the City of Lake Charles. Byron is currently the Vice President of News at WNYW in New York City.
